To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required.

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Sale/discounted items or gift cards

  • Products returned without prior communication

  2. Approval & Return
    Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if eligible.

  3. Refund Issuance
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days to the original payment method.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
